This form is used by entities to apply for Israel Bonds account.
Investment
Investment Form
This form is used to purchase or to reinvest Israel bonds once an Account has been opened and approved.
For Residents of Germany
If you are not able to visit our offices to verify your identity you may confirm your identity using POSTIDENT
Video Postident
Use the POSTIDENT app to verify your identity via video chat.
Postident Coupon
Go to a local post office with the POSTIDENT coupon and your identification document to have your identity verified.
Additional Forms
COAPI Form
Change of Account Payment Information Form used to update wire instructions for the Fiscal Agent Computershare Corporate Trust Services.
Change of Address Form
This form is used to change your mailing address with Israel Bonds and the Fiscal Agent Computershare Corporate Trust Services.
W-8BEN
This form is used by a non U.S resident to certify that funds (proceeds) are being distributed outside of the U.S.A.
Bank of Israel Redemption Form
This form is used to redeem certificated Israel bonds in Israel.
