On Monday, January 27, 2025, Lic. Isidoro Sirazi, President of Mexico’s Maguen David Community, was honoured with a commemorative medal recognizing 60 years of collaboration between the community and Israel Bonds. The medal was presented by David Bar-On, Israel Bonds advisor, during his visit to Mexico from Eretz Israel.

Also in attendance were Saúl Kisel, Director of Israel Bonds Mexico, and Pepe Amiga, representative of Israel Bonds in Mexico, as well as members of the board of directors of the Maguen David Community. The event took place at the Maguen David Community Center, during the weekly council meeting, allowing all members to be present for the occasion.

At the event, Mr. Bar-On reminisced about meeting with Salomon Seade, who was the president of the Maguen David Community 60 years ago. He shared how that first meeting laid the foundation for a strong and lasting bond of support for Israel Bonds, that has continued to flourish and deepen over the years.

This commemorative moment serves as a reminder of the strong foundation of cooperation and the enduring friendship between the Maguen David Community and Israel Bonds. Here’s to many more years of collaboration and shared success.
