Dani Naveh assumed the office of president & CEO of Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds
in December 2021.

Dani came to Israel Bonds with extensive experience, holding key positions in government and the business and financial sectors. In government, he served as minister of health, a position in which he helped the national health care system to a post-recession turnaround, stabilizing it during one of Israel’s deepest and most severe financial crises. As minister of parliamentary affairs, Dani coordinated between the government and Knesset.

As a member of the Knesset, Dani served on committees that included Foreign Affairs & Defense; Constitution, Law and Justice; and Rights of the Child. He also headed the lobby for securing the release of IDF POW and MIA soldiers.

Moreover, prior to his ministerial positions, he served as cabinet secretary, administrating and coordinating the government agenda, its meetings and committees. As cabinet secretary, he led the Israeli side of the steering committee with the Palestinian Authority, and played a key role in the negotiating team that reached two major agreements with the Palestinians - the Wye River Memorandum and Hebron Agreement. He also played a central position in the continuing dialogue between Israel and the U.S. Administration, and coordinated Israeli government activities against antisemitism. Previously, he served as an adviser to Israel’s minister of Defense and Foreign Affairs.

Dani moved to the business sector in 2007. He was an active chairman of the board of Clal Insurance and Finance, one of the largest financial groups in Israel, managing $60 billion in financial assets. He is the founder of Health Care Venture Capital Group, which established three funds, specializing in the field of MedTech and health care. He was the founder and chairman of the board of Sure-Tech investments, a public partnership investing in Insurtech and Fintech.

Additional business experience includes chairman of the board of Cann Pharmaceutical, one of the leading Israeli companies in the field of medical cannabis, and board chairman and member of different public and private companies.

Dani is an LLB graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and was admitted to the Israeli bar in 1986.

Dani is married to Tsili, and father to Itay, Ilay and Yael.
