Retail Client Terms of Business

This document sets out the terms under which Development Company for Israel (International) Ltd. or Development Company for Israel (Europe) GmbH will provide our services to you and other important information.

Client Information Form - Individual

This form is used by individuals to apply for an Israel Bonds account.

Client Information Form - Entity

This form is used by entities to apply for Israel Bonds account.

Investment

This form is used to purchase or to reinvest Israel bonds once an Account has been opened and approved.

Investment Form - Development Company for Israel (International) Ltd.

For purchasers outside of the European Union, the United States and Canada

Investment Form - Development Company for Israel (Europe) GmbH

For purchasers in the European Union.

Important Notice for customers purchasing inside the European Union:
Rates, Prospectus and the Final Terms, will be posted at a later date. Please do not forward any purchases to us until you have access to the new documents and rates. If you would like to be notified when they are posted, send us an email at infoEN@israelbondsintl.com and we will be happy to let you know.

For Residents of Germany

If you are not able to visit our offices to verify your identity you may confirm your identity using POSTIDENT

Video Postident

Use the POSTIDENT app to verify your identity via video chat.

Postident Coupon

Go to a local post office with the POSTIDENT coupon and your identification document to have your identity verified.

Additional Forms

COAPI Form

Change of Account Payment Information Form used to update wire instructions for the Fiscal Agent Computershare Corporate Trust Services.

Change of Address Form

This form is used to change your mailing address with Israel Bonds and the Fiscal Agent Computershare Corporate Trust Services.

W-8BEN

This form is used by a non U.S resident to certify that funds (proceeds) are being distributed outside of the U.S.A.

Bank of Israel Redemption Form

This form is used to redeem certificated Israel bonds in Israel.
