On June 17th, Suzana Bennesby, member of the Israel Bonds Women's Division in Brazil and Events Director of the Israeli Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro, was honoured at the Rio de Janeiro City Council with the Chiquinha Gonzaga Medal of Recognition.

This prestigious medal acknowledges Suzana's exceptional service and dedication to the Jewish community of Rio and her various volunteer contributions to the wider population. Her dedication and commitment serve as an inspiration to us all.
