The Sixth Annual Jewish Rio Festival (Fest Rio Judaico) celebrating Israel's 75th anniversary, was held on Sunday, March 26^th, at Praça da Paz in the heart of Ipanema, one of Rio's most upscale neighborhoods, and home to hundreds of Jewish families. The day-long event showcased Jewish culture and traditions, including music, dance, Jewish organizations -including tnuot - Jewish youth organizations, Jewish day schools, food and so much more. The Israel Bonds representative in Brazil, Eyla Benedykt, spent the day introducing Israel Bonds to many of the festivals attendees and got to see many familiar faces who stopped by to say hi.

According to the organizers, more than 15,000 people attended the event.
