What is simply extraordinary but not in the least surprising is the level of solidarity between all the members of the Women’s Division in France.

We have always been connected, but since 7 October, our bonds have strengthend as our mission has become more important than ever as we are all in the fight for our survival and jewish identity.

From whichever angle we take, political, social, religious, or economic, we have reinforced the true meaning of belonging.

Israel is our anchor and compass, providing us with immense energy, dynamism and resilience in the face of an often unfriendly environment in France. The Women’s Division continues to offer us the sense of unity we all need. There is not a single day that goes by without being targeted in some way, not a single day without hateful remarks, declarations, discriminatory actions or proclamations of admiration of our adversaries. This antagonist atmosphere has not only helped us identify our true friends and allies but has also helped us further strengthen our resolve to become the best ambassadors.

This year our Women’s Division in France focused our efforts on more intimate gatherings in the homes and offices of friends, and business associates. These events provided us an opportunity to connect with our community and share more about supporting Israel with Israel Bonds. Looking ahead to December, we are excited to have the privilege to host an evening with Mona Jafarian, the president and co-founder of the Franco-Iranian women's association Femme Azadi. Mona leads efforts in opposition to the Iranian regime (IRGC), fighting for women's rights and freedom. With over 100,000 followers on social media, she is a powerful voice for ALL women’s rights. Mona is an inspiring speaker known for her courage, she has also been a strong public supporter of women in Israel following the horrific violence of 7^th October.
